How does Way2Select “know” all of that?
All of Way2Select’s recommendations come from analyses conducted by the system. It is for you to decide on the type or character of the applicant. Candidates for a job, promotion or succession are asked to complete online questionnaire which provides the system with data for analysis. You choose the type of profile analysis, which will allow the system to map the requirements of a given job and evaluate the level of fit of candidates to the created requirements in the form of a ranking list.
