Besides the ranking list and and a tool to compare candidates, you may access the individual, descriptive report of each applicant. This report presents key information about the candidate in the context of what motivates him or her to work and to effectively cooperate in a team.

The report describes in details various factors that can motivate or demotivate this person at work. By providing appropriate work conditions we may increase the chance that the person will be more engaged and use their competences in an optimal way.

Additionally, by analyzing what (de) motivates a given person, we may verify whether he or she is a good candidate for our organization. For example, if a person has strong desire for power and our organization promotes more cooperative way of working, the person, even though they scored high in the fit rating, may not be the best candidate for the position.
